Lee studied mechanical engineering at Georgia Tech. He then began his career in construction management and has been in the construction industry field for over 18 years.
Macke Construction was born when Lee kept getting requests from community members needing high quality, detailed, on-time & on-budget, environmentally aware services.

Hailee Rustad
Project Manager
Hailee started with Macke Construction in March of 2020. Her construction experience stems from her hands on involvement on her family farm in Iowa. She graduated from Iowa State University in 2006 and made the move to Colorado in 2010.
She is our on-site supervisor of day-to-day operations and quality control. Hailee brings new eyes to the job sites, along with conversational Spanish, a passion for problem solving and dedication to the smallest details.
